I bought this waist trainer to replace my old one with Velcro and it WORKS better! I use this anytime I am working out from cardio to weights. It has made me sweat and keep my waist line snatched! I keep it on after my workout until I have cooled down to keep sweating it out. One thing I like to do is wear it over my tank top instead of it touching my skin. I feel it keeps it from wearing out too fast. I will definitely buy it again.

Love it!! I did have to repurchase a smaller size, due to the fabric it will stretch on you. Just buy a size smaller put it in the first hole and as it stretches to your body move the clamps over. You will love it, I can barely tell I have it on and I wear it all day, it's just that comfortable.

LOVE IT!! I wear it when I do my cardio and It stays in place without rolling up and having to be constantly pulled down. Really great product that does the job! After receiving this product I decided to wear it to the gym and I was sweating within 15 min! A lot comfortable than other waist trainers!
